I am an experienced Commercial Energy Assessor offering a personal, professional and effective service and carry out and issue commercial EPCs at level 3. Today we know that if you want to sell or rent out your commercial property, you need an Energy Performance Certificate (commonly called a Non Domestic EPC). To issue a Non Domestic EPC the Assessor has to be licensed by an approved Government body. I am licensed by The Building Research Establishment, an approved Government body to carry out a Non Domestic EPC survey and issue Non Domestic EPCs. My fee for carrying out the survey, lodging and issuing a Non Domestic EPC is from only £180.00 for a small shop. My Non Domestic EPCs are fully compliant with the EPBD as required by law.
